Advantages:

Удобное расположение, новый дом, рядом большое кол-во магазинов. Заселили вовремя, со сдачей ключей проблем не возникло.

Disadvantages:

Слабенький ремонт в квартире за ту стоимость, которая предлагается. Старая техника, старые диваны. Позиционируется, как 4 места, но на диване, что на кухне спать практически невозможно. Холодно, неудобно. Подушки только диванные. Два тонких одеяла.
